Pink Passionate Pinot (or P3) extols our newest release of Rose’ of Pinot Noir. Due to the unique growing conditions and temperatures of 2007, the crop of Pinot Noir fruit attained the necessary sugars and balanced acidity for creating a distinctive Rose’. Created by gently pressing the Pinot Noir grapes just after harvest and processing into a stainless steel tank for fermentation, this classic dry Rose’ has a beautiful rose hue and delicate floral aromas with flavors of black cherries and raspberries.
The color of the wine and the packaging might fool you into believing that this is a sweet wine but it definitely is not. For those Pinot Noir lovers that want a lighter, cooler wine for the summer months and for anyone willing to try a new wine, prepare your palate for a fresh and rewarding experience!
